About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional, flexible and enthusiastic Project Manager to work with our world-class R&D team.

This is a highly collaborative role, responsible for running fast-paced projects from inception to delivery, liaising with customers and partners, coordinating activities within the business across a multi-disciplinary team, planning and directing the project, monitoring and reporting on progress.

What is in my remit?

  • Planning, executing and delivering projects according to agreed timelines and budget
  • Creating execution plans, to include schedule, costs, resourcing, milestones, and dependencies
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting on progress against the plan
  • Risk and issue management
  • Coordinating cross-team activities and tracking dependencies
  • Liaising with technical leads and engineering staff to ensure effective and efficient project delivery
  • Follow a robust product development process to take projects from feasibility to delivery
  • Working across the organisation with Executive team, Commercial, Customer Support, Product Marketing, customers and partners as appropriate

About You

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent work experience, and 10+ years in a relevant technical field
  • Direct experience in the project management or technical leadership of dynamic and complex, multi-disciplinary projects, through all phases of product development
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, plus agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in managing relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills, communication skills and problem-solving ability

About The Team

The Engineering team at Blu Wireless covers System Architecture, Radio Systems, DSP, Platforms: mechanical and digital design, Software Development and System Test.

We have a dedicated Customer Engineering team to undertake pre-sales engagements, and support customers as they adopt our products.

Our Operations group work with 3rd party contract manufacturers around the world to procure and deliver the systems and components we need.
